Former Employee of Boston Chef Barbara Lynch Alleges ‘Absent’ Boss Withheld Tips

In that case, the plaintiffs – who worked at two Barbara Lynch-owned restaurants in Boston – claim that management failed to pay them the tips that customers left in May and June 2020, shortly after restaurants were permitted to reopen.
