Thousands of truck drivers who trained with and/or drove for Prime, Inc. have the opportunity to recover money in a class action settlement in Dominic Oliveira and Rocky Haworth, et al. v. New Prime, Inc., D. Mass. Civil Action No. 1:15-cv-10603.
Today, notice of a class action settlement was issued to more than 40,000 truck drivers who have trained with and/or worked for Prime, Inc. over the past ten years. The notice was sent to most drivers by email and to some by first-class mail.

Eligible class members may also submit claim forms on the website (PrimeTruckingSettlement.com) by clicking on “File a Claim” at the top of the website home page.
