What is Fair Work?
We’re a law firm that represents employees. Most law firms do a little bit of everything, but not us – the only thing we do is represent workers whose rights have been violated in the workplace.
Since 2013, our team of attorneys have helped employees in Boston, throughout Massachusetts, and around the country recover millions of dollars in compensation for all sorts of workplace violations, ranging from individual cases to class actions involving thousands of employees. We’ve successfully pursued cases to recover overtime pay, monetary awards for unlawful tip-sharing, back wages for employees who’ve had their pay docked or commissions withheld, compensation for unpaid travel time, damages for discriminatory employment practices, and more.
Concerned about something that’s happening at your job? That’s why we’re here! We started Fair Work P.C. because we believe that everyone deserves quality legal advice about their employments rights, and to help them vindicate those rights when they’ve been violated. So give us a call or send us an email – or get in touch using the contact form below – and find out what we can do for you.
Our Clients Speak For Us
It’s hard to find the words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for Hillary Schwab’s advocacy for my civil and employment rights. Brilliant, tough, impeccably principled, as well as compassionate and kind—at every turn Hillary has listened, supported and tirelessly fought on my behalf, effectively transforming an unjust and unfortunate work situation into an opportunity for my own empowerment, and even healing. Having her as my lawyer has been an extraordinary and unexpected gift.
Would Highly Recommend
Brant was so easy to work with – He requested documents for my case, and took care of the rest! He would call or email if he had any questions or updates, but he really put me at ease, because he handled everything.
Steve is, without exaggeration, the very best. He is intelligent, professional, communicative, and approachable. He represented me in a wage claim and there was never a second where I wasn’t absolutely informed.
