Fair Work is investigating claims on behalf of Wal-Mart customers who have purchased items from Wal-Mart for delivery

Wal-Mart has claimed that 100% of the tips that customers pay for those items go to the delivery drivers, but a recent investigation by the Federal Trade Commission has indicated that Wal-Mart haskept some of the drivers’ tips.

Wal-Mart’s misrepresentations to customers about how it distributes delivery drivers’ gratuities may violate the Massachusetts consumer protection statute.

If you have purchased items from Wal-Mart for delivery in Massachusetts in the last three years and would like to speak to a lawyer confidentially about possible legal remedies, please email us at hillary@fairworklaw.com.
