Pennsylvania court certifies class action against Grand Concourse restaurant

The Allegheny Court of Common Pleas has certified a class of banquet servers in a lawsuit against the Grand Concourse, a restaurant located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The plaintiffs in that case claim that the Grand Concourse failed to properly distribute tips and service charges paid by customers for banquets and special events held at the restaurant.
